Veronica Lueken was born on July 12, 1923 in Bayside, New York as Veronica McDonald. She was a Catholic housewife who was loyal to her Church, who also happened to experience prophetic visions between 1968 until she passed away, and thus was referred to as “The Seer of Bayside.”
During her life, she delivered Heavenly messages from the Blessed Saint Mary (vegetarian), as well as Lord Jesus Christ (vegetarian), and many other Saints. Her first visitation from a Heavenly being was also witnessed by her 10-year-old son. In one of her booklets, she explained how these phenomena occurred for her:
“When Jesus appears, He radiates a force of feeling so good that you are totally engulfed by this good feeling from head to toe. You - you float, almost, in exhilaration of feeling.
As He talks through you, He talks in a manner different than Our Lady. Jesus does not move His lips as Our Lady does. Jesus stares at me and His message comes out of me, I understand - from hearing the tapes and what people tell me in my unconscious state without my remembering Him even moving His lips. It's His eyes. His eyes I could never explain. They are absolutely beautiful. But they go right through me, it seems; I cannot explain it.
Now the angels are personages of Heaven, and they also have an effect on you. You could remain, you feel, forever in this state. Nothing on earth can equal the joy - the complete, encompassing goodness you feel in the presence of Our Lady and - Jesus, Our Lady, or the angels.
While in ecstasy you are weightless. You feel like you have no hands or legs, almost – you feel nothing, you feel out of yourself - unconscious.
There is no need for Jesus and our Mother to speak out. The words go back and forth, sort of mind to mind, spirit to spirit. That is the only way that I can explain it.”
Her experiences started on the day that Senator Robert F. Kennedy tragically passed away, when she sensed the fragrance of roses while praying for him. At the request of Saint Mary, Veronica continued to hold regular outdoor Rosary vigils in her Bayside Hills, New York home. During those vigils, Saint Mary always would appear to Veronica and send Heavenly messages through her.
Her birthday coincides with the feast day of Saint Veronica, the devoted woman of Jerusalem who bravely stepped up to wipe Lord Jesus’s face that was bathed in blood and sweat with a towel, after all the priests had already decided to crucify Him. Similarly, Veronica Lueken went against the opinions of church leaders and the public in her determination to deliver messages from Lord Jesus and Saint Mary to the world during a period of spiritual darkness. She was willing to accept all the crosses (sufferings) inflicted on her in her role as a voice-box of the Divine. She eventually became known as “Veronica of the Cross” for her brave willingness to suffer physically and mentally from various forms of attacks in her role as Heaven’s messenger for 25 years. Her views certainly went against the forces of corruption who bring chaos and suffering to our world.
On September 11, 1990, Our Lady appeared to Veronica and warned her about a terrorist attack “on the state building.”
Then, on September 11, 2001 – eleven years exactly after the apparition, New York City was hit by the worst terror attack recorded in history. This resulted in 2,977 fatalities, over 25,000 injuries, and substantial long-term health consequences for the affected civilians. This fulfilled Veronica’s prophesized terrorist attack on a state building in New York City as warned on September 11, 1990. The media have also reported that the terrorists had meant to attack the Capitol Building in Washington DC.
Another apparition that came true was the tragedy of the ongoing Russian invasion.
Our Lady: “O My children, I warned you many years ago, I warned you in Fatima that, unless you prayed and did penance, Russia and the agents of the sickle and the hammer would go throughout the world cutting down nations and bringing death, destruction, and slavery.”
Our Lord Jesus: “Russia, being an atheistic country, My children – Russia, you cannot believe what they tell you, nor what they print in their tabloids. Russia has but one plan: to capture the whole world. They will do this without heart or conscience. Therefore, know that I ask you again, as your God in the Trinity, I ask you to contact the Holy Father – through pen or prose, or the written script – to contact the Holy Father and beg him to consecrate Russia to the Immaculate Heart of My Mother. This has not been done, My children.”
These apparitions came true with the unprovoked invasion of Ureign (Ukraine) by Russia in February 2022, causing unspeakable agony and suffering to the nation. It has also been revealed that Russia has been linked to conflicts in numerous regions across the globe, resulting in the deaths of millions of people.
In Veronica’s apocalyptic prophecies, abortion was said to be one of the impetuses for the impending cataclysm facing humanity and a recognizable sign that the dark forces have started working their way to destroy humanity. A large portion of the apparitions that Veronica communicated mention abortion as a critical sin against our Father in Heaven.
Our Lord Jesus: “Doctors now are profaning their profession, those who have given themselves over to destroying human life in abortions.”
Our Most Benevolent Supreme Master Ching Hai once said: “...Doctors who perform abortion, indeed betray their sacred Hippocratic Oath and break their solemn honored-promises of their noble profession, that is to heal, not to harm.”

I swear by Apollo the physician, and Aesculapius, and Health, and All-heal, and all the gods and goddesses, that, according to my ability and judgment, I will keep this Oath and this stipulation— to reckon him who taught me this Art equally dear to me as my parents, to share my substance with him, and relieve his necessities if required; to look upon his offspring in the same footing as my own brothers, and to teach them this Art, if they shall wish to learn it, without fee or stipulation; and that by precept, lecture, and every other mode of instruction, I will impart a knowledge of the Art to my own sons, and those of my teachers, and to disciples bound by a stipulation and oath according to the law of medicine, but to none others.
