Next, Mr. Gaurav Jain discusses the vegan lifestyle and its interrelationship with meditation. "Meditation is relaxing. Relaxing and entering into your own souls. Definitely, you get deep into the meditation when you have compassion. My vegan lifestyle definitely helps me to meditate well. When I have none of these things made from the animal origin, definitely my health is good. I have no health problems for the last 10 years, even not any small problem. Forget about the big problems. So when you have no health problem, you can definitely go deep into the meditation. So, anyone who is watching this – try veganism, and then try meditation. Meditation is part of the spiritual life. As I earlier said, spirituality without compassion has no meaning. Spirituality and veganism, they are just two parts of a single coin."
