In today’s news, Rohingya refugees to receive additional US$23.8 million for food from United States, Bureau of Meteorology in Australia says El Niño weather system may return this year, solar power industry soars to meet carbon neutrality goals in Germany, mobile app provides accurate forecasts for more efficient cultivation on farms in Mali, teenager in United Kingdom raffles off handmade bowl in fundraiser to help children worldwide affected by conflicts or disasters, plant-based foods consumed by 70% of citizens in United States, and study reveals amount of singing by pygmy blue whale-people corresponds with changes in oceanic conditions.

I have a helpful cooking tip for us. Foods cooked at high temperatures can sear the natural sugars in them and create glycotoxins such as acrylamide, leading to the acceleration of aging factors and chronic inflammation. You can reduce exposure to these dangerous chemicals by changing up the way you prepare foods. Steer clear of frying, barbecuing, broiling or cooking in a microwave. Consider instead to use a slow-cooker, steaming, boiling, stewing or stir-frying as these methods produce more moisture during the cooking process while lowering the amount of heat. Moisture is important as it can help slow down reactions that result in glycotoxins. The food you eat and the way you prepare it matters!

A gentle endorphin rush is just around the corner with the following joke, so let’s check it out. It’s entitled “Teaching is Hard.”

While reviewing future, past, and present tenses with my English class, I posed this question: “I am handsome” is what tense?

One student raised her hand and said:

“Past tense.”

?!

And now we have a heartline from Bertina in Germany:

Dearest Master and Supreme Master TV team, Thank you for Supreme Master Television and the opportunity to work for Supreme Master TV! Supreme Master Television is a boundless blessing for all involved, in this world and beyond! A few years ago, our video team in Munich, Germany, had the honor of interviewing the well-known German best-selling author Sabine Mehne about her near-death experience.

At the end of last year, we learned that Sabine Mehne, who was seriously ill, had gone Home. She left a message of thanks with flower seeds for all who were close to her, in which she wrote, among other things: “As a sign of my joy for life, I give you this small bag of seeds as a last greeting. A flower fades, but the seed remains. Hidden in it slumbers mysteriously the eternity of life. I feel closest to the daisy. (…)” At the end of her message, she wrote, “In the plant you could find me again.”

When I silently said goodbye to Sabine Mehne in a park, I could feel that she was very happy in Heaven, almost exuberant like a little girl. She telepathically conveyed to me that the interview for Supreme Master TV had been the best interview in her life, because it had brought her the most spiritual progress. That day in December, because of the unusually warm weather, many daisies were blooming in the park, like a loving farewell.

Recently, we were shocked to learn about the tragic death of best-selling Austrian author Clemens Arvay, whom we had interviewed for Supreme Master TV about forest therapy. He had suffered greatly because he had publicly warned about possible side effects of corona vaccines and had been attacked for it. As we wept for him, as did many others who held this gentle, loving person in high esteem, an initiated sister from our video team and I could feel how happy he is in Heaven now. Other mourners also felt it and posted it on Facebook. After his passing, some more wonderful things happened, showing that he continues to help others from a higher world. In meditation, I could see that Master is taking care of him in a beautiful healing place. He even practices the Quan Yin Method there. He transmitted to me telepathically that he thanks Master and our video team, in love. In deepest gratitude and humility, Bertina from Germany

Sympathetic Bertina, Thank you for joining us in working for Supreme Master Television and doing your part to make our programs the best they can be. Through our work, we often encounter remarkable people whom we get to share with the world through our programs. We are glad you had the opportunity to meet the inspiring authors Sabine Mehne and Clemens Arvay and are saddened to hear of their passing. We are glad that Master is taking care of them in the higher worlds.

May you and the upright people of Germany always receive God’s Love into your hearts, Supreme Master TV team

P.S. Master has this kind message for you: “Tender-hearted Bertina, there are many good souls who are doing all they can to help the world. I am sorry that Sabine and Clemens are gone now and it seems they made many positive contributions while on Earth. We are only here for a short time. Each of us has a Divine purpose for which our soul was born. We cannot know that purpose or have the wisdom, love and energy to fulfill it without tapping into our spirit and living a noble life. Practicing spiritually and keeping the Five Precepts is the highest path and leads to the best outcome. I pray that everyone awakens to this way of life so that disasters can be averted and World Vegan, World Peace quickly comes to pass. May you and the robust German people always be guided by the Providence.”
