How is your exercise program going so far this year? I have a tip if you need to get motivated. Studies have demonstrated that walking, particularly brisk walking, can boost cardiorespiratory fitness, strengthen muscles, and enhance body composition. Consequently, it can reduce your risk of developing cardiovascular disease and all-cause mortality, help you maintain a healthy weight, and decrease your blood pressure. Research shows that as your aerobic capacity improves, your body utilizes oxygen more efficiently. Additionally, walking lowers stress levels and improves your overall mood, benefiting your mental health. If you are newer to exercise, you should start with a lower number of steps. Those who perform shorter periods of higher-intensity activity may not require as many steps. It's important to gradually add to your current walking regimen weekly— only approximately 10% more work in the form of time, distance or intensity.
A bit of laughter is likely to bring a happy look to your face, so let’s have fun with the joke of the day. It’s entitled “Not Thrilled.”
On his birthday, five-year-old Henry wasn't thrilled with the ratio of toys to clothes he received. As he dragged himself upstairs, his mother called out:
“Hey! Where are you going?”
“To my room to play with my new socks.”

And now we have a heartline from Luca in the United States:
In 2002, I decided to donate one of my kidneys to my ailing brother. All the pre-test screening went very well and I was a perfect match. When the time arrived for the actual transplant, I got worried… What if the surgery does not go well? At that time, I prayed to our Beloved Master for protection. A few days later, just before the surgery, I had a vision during meditation where the surgery was taking place and Master was standing high on the balcony overlooking the surgery in progress. Instantly, all my fear vanished, and the surgery went very well. Now it’s been over 22 years, and all is well, and I am very grateful to Master. Luca from the United States
Compassionate Luca, We are so happy that you are well and thank you for telling us about your inner vision. We are blessed by Master in so many different ways 24/7. May Heaven’s bountiful Blessings grace you, your family, and the fair-minded United States. In Divine Light, Supreme Master TV team
