It’s just showing you this life is really funny. People value more a piece of paper than looking into others’ eyes and seeing what’s in there, or sincerity, everything. They are trained just to count money, and even ignore the other side of humans, which is more valuable. But that’s life. You have to prove that you have money, otherwise, you are nothing. It’s incredible how people value a few pieces of paper more than the human spirit, and looking down upon people, and then put people down and things like that. So, they choose the wrong personnel all the time. Sometimes you get to a high position because you know the owner or you know the other highly positioned persons, or a big shot or something. It’s not necessarily that you’re qualified. A couple of the banks that I have dealt with the managers used to be bakers or cooks or whatever, but they happen to speak Spanish or German or English. You know, at least two languages, and you’re fine. Because the bank said it is easier for them to train him in financial than to train him in languages. Can you imagine?
