The religious societies were supposed to teach the same like (Lord) Jesus did, or Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) did at that time, or Buddha did, or Guru Nanak, or whoever the Prophet might have been. But whenever they saw Them preaching, expounding the doctrine, they just didn’t like it. I don’t understand how a religious person who preaches the same doctrine, who professes also that he is believing in that God, one God, and who is repeating the same teaching from ancient times, and the new Prophet, or Master comes, He does the same. But I don’t know why they always have to persecute the Prophet.
You just arrived? (Yesterday.) Yesterday? Where have you been? (Here. Being small, thanks to the others. You’ve been swallowed up by the (vegan) kimchi? (Yes.) OK. You know what? Who cooked for me today? Raise hand. This evening. Translation? You cooked? Stand up. I don’t see anybody. There’s another one there, hiding. I can’t see the other one. I don’t see the other one, the brown colored. Oh, all the nuns. Evening, yeah? (Yes.) Thank you. I thought I saw some old women. No? Choppy-chop-chop. I don’t know. No. Not that. You are very young. Thank you. It was nice. But I heard the mosquitoes complain. The mosquitoes said, “Master, why do You also have to eat kimchi? Everybody here eats kimchi already!” No different taste, you know? They refused my blood donation this evening. They said, “We had enough of kimchi and ginseng today already.” From the Koreans. OK. Very good. Like this, they don’t sting me. Don’t sting.
OK. Very good. I’m very sorry for you. I told you already, the old man has not come. You know, the old husband with a lot of oil money has not come yet. It doesn’t have to be oil money; any money will do. There was a husband and a wife, they were quarreling. Quarreling – you know, fighting. You have translation? Good. Then, please laugh. They were quarreling with each other, and the wife said to the husband… Oh, it’s cooler now, much cooler now. This window can also open a little? (It’s open, Master.) Is it open? OK. So she (wife) was angry with him (husband), and she said, “You know what, because my father left me a lot, a lot of money, I think that’s why you married me.” So, the husband said, “You’re wrong. It’s not like that. I would marry you no matter who left you money!” Don’t tell everybody that. They’d think we just want money, money, money. What else do we want? We have everything else already. Right? Like Nasruddin. Remember the story? Oh, excuse me. When the king asked him, “What would you choose between virtue and money?” He said he’d choose money. Remember? (Yes.) OK. So the king said, “Oh, I would choose virtue.” Of course, he chooses what he doesn’t have.
Excuse me. Nothing special, OK, (vegan) “candy” (cough drops). And the (vegan) kimchi. You like (vegan) kimchi? (We love it, Master.) Nice, huh? They put ginseng in it. That’s why you sit, and you feel vroom-vroom-vroom. You want to sit still, but it goes inside, mm-mm-vroom. It’s strong, no? (Yes.) Actually, in Âu Lạc (Vietnam) or in Taiwan (Formosa), they say don’t give ginseng until the person is 60-something. I’m almost there! (You certainly don’t look it, Master.) OK. Never mind. But the years do count. I’m almost there; I can drink ginseng every day! I’m looking forward to the day I can eat ginseng, drink ginseng; become like the Koreans, so strong.
How did you get your visa so quick? How many from South Africa? (I have my Italian passport.) How come? What did you do, now? (Because I’m half Italian.) Oh, you are? (Yes.) But every time, I thought it was impossible for you to have a passport. (No. My father is Italian, and my mother was South African.) What’s the difference? What’s the difference if your father is Italian and your mother’s South African, or your mother is Italian and your father is South African? (No difference, at least I just have Italian passport.) You have? (Yes.) I had the impression that it took you very long to get a visa. (Some of us do, Master.) (Four days.) Four days? That’s not long! (No, it’s not long.) No! (Four working days.) Welcome home. (Thank You.) Another home, again! Welcome home again!
Right now I think this is OK, small but OK. We just have to install some very powerful air-con, then we are even more OK. Or you wait until we have the yacht, then we meditate in the middle of the ocean. It’s OK too. Right? It won’t be too bad, with the sea around you. It feels like an island. I told you many times, we’re lucky because we could sit together somewhere and meditate. And I feel this may be very stable here, somehow. People say something like, in the beginning, if it’s rough then after, it will be smooth. They say like that in South Africa as well? But they also say, “Oh, whatever begins good(well) will end good (well) also.” They say anything. I don’t know which one is what. But it feels OK here, as long as you keep quiet. More quiet. If you go out in the front, don’t talk too loud. We don’t want to show off who we are. Especially when your tiara is invisible. How you’re going to prove it if it’s invisible?
OK, now I’ll tell you a story to also let you know how lucky we are. Here [it] comes. You know in the old times, when any Master came down to Earth, He always had to start anew. Well, in the new time, it’s the same, not just the old times. But let’s talk about old times because we know it more from history. Like, Buddha also had problems with the opposite, or other established order of religion and (Lord) Jesus had been crucified like that. And other religion’s leaders like Prophet Muhammad, we say “Peace Be Upon Him,” like the people of Islam, “Peace be upon you too.” The Islamic people, when they see each other, they say, “Peace be upon you.” That’s very nice.
(Salam alaykum [Peace be upon you].) Salam alaykum? (Yes.) That means, “Peace be upon you”? (Alaykum s-salam. [Peace be upon you, too.]) Huh? (Salam alaykum [Peace be upon you], and then Alaykum s-salam. [Peace be upon you, too.]) Yeah, Salam alaykum and Alaykum s-salam. It means you return it. Like, “Peace be upon you” and “Peace be upon you, too.” Yeah. Sometimes I forget to say, “Peace Be Upon the Prophet.” Please don’t blame me; I have forgotten how to be a Muslim since I have not been there too long already. And, peace be upon all of you, anyway. On all the world; let’s hope so. And also, sometimes they say, “May God bless you,” or “May God protect you.” Very nice, nice greetings. Very positive, I like it very much.
Now, you see, the Sikh gurus had also been persecuted and the Prophet Muhammad, well, Peace Be Upon Him. Probably when He was alive, there wasn’t much peace upon Him. You see, they had been harassing Him from place to place and that was a terrible time for the Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) and His followers. And even Buddha had also been harassed by the established religious authorities. This happened everywhere. (Lord) Jesus had been crucified because of established religious orders as well. I don’t know why it’s like that. I mean, the religious societies were supposed to teach the same like (Lord) Jesus did, or Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) did at that time, or Buddha did, or Guru Nanak, or whoever the Prophet might have been. I don’t understand this.
Maybe because they have not realized what they are preaching. They keep saying, “God’s inside you, God’s inside you,” but they’re looking outside for God! Just like the guy who lost his key in the dark alley or garage, and then went out under the lamp on the street to look for the key there because it’s brighter there. Anyway, this is the working of this world, that even though they proclaim that they’re preaching the same thing, they have always been against any Prophet who even not just preaches the Truth but can prove it to you. And perhaps they have not realized what they are talking about. They’re just talking. Just like repeating the recipe for (vegan) apple pie but never making one and never knowing how, [and] never tasting one. So, he’s just reciting the recipe, so when somebody makes an apple pie and lets everybody else taste it, “Here is the apple pie.” “No, no, it’s not possible. Not possible. I have never seen an apple pie myself. I can only talk about the apple pie, so, how can you say this is an apple pie?” Well, this is the problem.
It’s not only that; it’s jealousy. Human competitiveness, thinking, “What? And look at Him! He looks like that! He doesn’t even wear the religious robe, with a hat so high like this and with the tassels coming down here, and He has to walk this way, that way. How come He doesn’t do anything like that and so many people follow Him? Ça va pas la tête? (Are you crazy?)” It means something’s wrong with the head. And also, “Look at Her. She doesn’t look like anybody that we know, the holy persons. How come everybody follows Her? This must be something not good.” At least not good for them. Not good for their business. Yes. Therefore, since ancient times, the Prophet (Master) always suffers so much. So now, not only He suffers, His disciples also suffer. You know that, right? (Yes.) Sometimes they persecute them terribly and here is one of the stories.
So I just want to say that we are thanking whoever, the government of this time at least, [that] we have some freedom. It’s just that maybe we meditate more and the more people are vegan, then the world will be more peaceful and easier for spiritual practitioners. They will understand what we’re doing, the mass. Right now, some understand, some still don’t understand. So, we just have to bear it until they all understand, or at least they don’t bother us. They leave us alone, then we do what we do, until the day we leave this planet.
