In today’s news, Australian research shows heatwaves are increasing globally, Sweden boosts healthcare resources for underprivileged Iraqi women and girls affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, Guinean youth organize river clean up, 3D printing enables house construction in two days, young boy and dog companion help minimize neighbor's house fire damage in United States, online supermarket in United Kingdom adds popular vegan burger, and animal shelter saves vulnerable dogs in Indonesia.

Researchers find heatwaves escalating worldwide.

A study published in the scientific journal “Nature Communications” by Australia’s University of New South Wales climate scientists reveals that heatwaves around the planet are occurring with an increasing frequency and duration. Their data assessed multidecade changes by global region. For example, the Mediterranean had an increase of two heatwave days per decade from 1950 onward, but 6.4 days per decade from 1980 to 2017, highlighting an accelerating trend. The study’s lead author, Dr. Sarah Perkins-Kirkpatrick, warned that their findings, “should act as a clarion call to policymakers that urgent action is needed now if we are to prevent the worst outcomes of global warming.” Our appreciation, Dr. Sarah Perkins-Kirkpatrick and co-researchers, for this significant investigation. In Divine grace, may all people and governments heed your timely report, and quickly stride towards a vegan world so the earth’s climate may swiftly return to balanced levels.

Sweden aids vulnerable girls and women in Iraq in the wake of COVID-19.

The Swedish International Development Agency, a government entity, has donated US$1.73 million to support the COVID-19 response plan for Iraq developed by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) that primarily reinforces access to healthcare and social support services for expectant mothers and female victims of abuse. The UNFPA will furnish the Iraqi health ministry with personal protective equipment for healthcare workers, along with masks and sanitizers to at-risk individuals. Other endeavors include: maternal health medicine distribution, training healthcare professionals on handling deliveries by women with the coronavirus, dissemination of information on COVID-19 prevention, and the establishment of psycho-social support helplines for women and girls in need. Our heartfelt gratitude, the Swedish International Development Agency and United Nations Population Fund for your timely humanitarian support. May the loving Iraqi people’s health always be safeguarded, in the radiance of Allah.

Up next, Guinean youth organize river clean up. We pause to appreciate the photo lab technicians, who skillfully develop film into beautiful photographs. Will return with more enhancing news after these messages here on Supreme Master Television.

Good day smart viewers, it’s Reema the vegan Roan Antelope Calf. Why be ordinary when you can be extraordinary? Embody compassion and adopt the vegan lifestyle. Here is a car cleaning tip for you. If your car has chrome wheels, a simple solution of vinegar and water will not only clean their surfaces but also polish the chrome to restore its original shine. In a spray bottle, mix equal parts of water and white vinegar. Spray directly onto the surface and wipe away with a soft cloth. Of course, this solution can also be used for your everyday household cleaning. Thank you for your attention, and lots of love for Being Veg and Going Green 2 Save the Planet for all humans and us all co-inhabitants. Now it’s time for the worldwide weather.

Youth come together for river clean-up in Guinea.

The recently formed Kankan Youth for the Protection of the Milo River began clearing up refuse from the banks of the 330-kilometer-long watercourse, which runs through the city of Kankan in the West African nation of Guinea. Endeavoring to bring the river’s ecosystem back to life, the non-governmental organization’s members have asked for the Guinean government’s support to help inform the people residing along the river of the harm of waste dumping. Local brickmakers, whose operations have been severely polluting the waters, have agreed to relocate 50 meters away from the river to help aid the initiative. Bravo, Kankan Youth for the Protection of the Milo River and supporters! May this precious waterway flourish as humans interact respectfully with Nature, in Heaven’s grace.

3D printed eco-house created in 48 hours in Czech Republic.

Renowned Czech artist and sculptor, Dr. Michal Trpák, in collaboration with the project sponsor Buřinka, a building society, has designed a 3D printed house named Prvok that was completed in just two days, which is seven times faster than traditional fabrication methods. The whole process emitted 20% less carbon dioxide than conventional building techniques, and the construction costs were 50% less than normal. With a lifespan of 100 years, the 43 square meter dwelling features a green roof along with a living room, bathroom, bedroom and kitchen, and floats on a pontoon. Prvok will soon be relocated to Střelecký Island on the Vltava River in Prague, where it will be open to the public. What a fantastic achievement, Dr. Michal Trpák and Buřinka. May more sustainable building methods be widely adopted as we take greater care of our planet, in Divine guardianship.

Boy and his dog companion lauded as heroes after alerting neighbor to fire.

Eleven-year-old David Galvez of Sacramento, California, United States, took his canine friend Chewy outside for a walk after the dog started scratching at the door. Seeing that his neighbor Stacey Bass’s garage and part of her house were on fire, David immediately alerted Stacey while his mother, Christine Soto, called emergency services. Thankfully, firefighters from the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District were able to extinguish the flames and even told David he will always be welcomed as a team member. Ms. Bass credits David’s quick thinking for saving the day, while David recognizes Chewy as the hero for purposely asking to go outside. Our hearts are touched, and we are gladdened that everyone is safe, thanks to the fast actions of all involved. May such vital collaborations between humans and our animal friends become the norm, in Celestial glory.

Coming up, online supermarket in United Kingdom adds popular vegan burger. We are going to spend some time to pray for our world’s governments that often need to make challenging decisions for the greater good. Supreme Master Television will return in just a moment with more exceptional news. Welcome back to Noteworthy News - Lively News for a Vibrant World.

Popular plant-based burger available for home delivery in the United Kingdom.

British vegan food manufacturer Moving Mountains, specializing in tasty plant-based meat alternatives, is partnering with Ocado, an online supermarket, to make its products available for home ordering. This includes the company’s signature beetroot infused-burger that previously was only available at restaurants. Seven million patties were served in Europe in 2019 alone, and according to major UK food distributor Brakes, this burger outsold all the animal-based and vegetarian counterparts Brakes offers. Other Moving Mountain products include Mince, Meatballs, and the Sausage Burger. All offerings are made with healthful ingredients such as oyster mushrooms, oats, pea protein, and beetroot. Thank you, Moving Mountain and Ocado, for this good news for people and animals. May delectable items like these help in the global adoption of veganism as our gentle pig and cow co-inhabitants live naturally and in peace, in God’s embrace.

Animal shelter saves vulnerable dogs in Indonesia.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, Pejaten Animal Shelter in Cilandak, Jakarta, Indonesia, has been taking in up to 10 new canines per day as their caregivers can no longer tend to them due to the lockdown or lost livelihoods. Some that have arrived were also rescued from butchers or canine slaughterhouses. The shelter, founded by Dr. Susana Somali in 2009, takes care of over 1,200 homeless dogs with the help of 30 staff members. Despite facing financial challenges for the past two years, the 55-year-old Dr. Somali, who is also on the COVID-19 frontline as a clinical pathologist, said, “I must have strength so I can provide strength to others… I will never stop helping animals in need.” Our deepest gratitude, and Allah’s immense blessings, Pejaten Animal Shelter and Dr. Susana Somali. May we always be loving guardians of our cherished animal friends, in Heaven’s abiding care.

Have you heard this joke before? Now you will, it’s called “Math Solver.”

Susan was helping her five-year-old son study math while her teenager was in the kitchen making a snack.

You have seven dollars and seven friends. You give a dollar each to two of them but none to the others. What do you have left?

From the next room she heard her teenage daughter call out: Two friends.

And now we have a heartline from Zheng-Xiu in China:
