Next is a Chinese classical dance. The dance shows the virtues, elegance, warmth, and beauty of the Chinese women. This song of moon gazing with the meaningful, beautiful lyrics, expresses the earnest yearning to go back home, and the disciple’s longing to see the Master. Please give a warm welcome to the demonstration of Chinese formal dresses from Mainland China. “Gazing at the moon, I think of You. Gazing at You, I thank of the moon. Most beautiful in the world is the moon, and more beautiful than the moon is You. The moon is in the sky, I am on the earth, far apart like You and me. The moon rises high but never higher than the sky. You go far away but never beyond my thoughts.” In such a short time, we’ve come to the last performance, a folk song and dance presented by our Aulacese (Vietnamese) Association members. We would like to invite our viewers to enjoy the elegant melody of this Northern Aulacese (Vietnamese) folk song, “The Banyan Tree and the Tea Shop,” performed by our charming Aulacese (Vietnamese) Association members.
