“Humankind is suffering wars and conflicts, A LADY APPEARS AS A SAVIOR OF OUR TIME. HER DRESS IS FLOWERY, HER FORM ELEGANT, HER HATS ADORNED WITH PRECIOUS JEWELS, HER FACE BEAUTIFUL…”
Master Huỳnh Phú Sổ, the beloved founder of Hòa Hảo Buddhism, was a 20th-century enlightened Master from Âu Lạc (Vietnam). He made many revelations about the “Splendid and Glamorous Gatherings” which were to take place at the end of the Dark Age, our present time.
“…Because of overwhelming compassion pitying those encountering disasters, the Ancient Buddha has pointed out the wondrous mechanism that establishes the ‘Splendid and Glamorous Gatherings,’ by selecting the spiritual practitioners with great merits to bestow upon them the worthy ranks, and [selecting] the innately good people to teach the Great Tao, in order to bring peace upon the world…”
“The Splendid and Glamorous Gatherings choose the talented and righteous Who will loyally assist the True King...”
Who is the True King? Hòa Hảo Buddhist devotee An Hữu further expounds on this prophecy:
“The ‘Splendid and Glamorous Gatherings’ will establish the Golden Age, after the Dharma-Ending Age ends. Master Huỳnh Phú Sổ said there would be a lot of disasters befalling people all over the six continents. He also stated clearly that there would be an ENLIGHTENED KING REINCARNATED ON EARTH to save sentient beings. And THIS ENLIGHTENED KING OR ENLIGHTENED MASTER WAS BORN IN ÂU LẠC and will choose the ones with a high spiritual level and good merits to enter the Wisdom Boat.”
Master Nguyễn Thành Nam, founder of the Coconut Buddhism of Âu Lạc, made a similar prediction as this. It is explained as follows by one of His devoted disciples, Hứa Văn Sáu:
“Our Master also said that later, the Maitreya (Future) Buddha will come, but THE MAITREYA BUDDHA WILL BE AN AULACESE (VIETNAMESE). Our Master said that clearly. Maitreya will be the One to establish the Splendid and Glamorous Gatherings.”
Wow! Exciting and consistently the prophecies from Âu Lạc tell us about the special Savior, or Maitreya Buddha, who will descend on Earth to open the “Splendid and Glamorous Gatherings.” MULTIPLE PREDICTIONS CONFIRM one another that THIS ENLIGHTENED BEING WILL BE BORN IN ÂU LẠC AND TAKE THE FORM OF A WOMAN. To us, these two pieces of information clearly indicate that She could only be the beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai.
“Have you noticed the very special shape of Âu Lạc (Vietnam) on the map? It looks like the “S” shape figure of the Tao symbol. Âu Lạc is the only country appearing with such a shape. The land there is highly spiritual, very good. I had to be born in central Âu Lạc, where the spiritual energies of the whole country converge. In the world, many people, such as the prophets and fortune tellers, predicted that there’d be a Buddha emerging from Âu Lạc. Then, some Aulacese people also knew that a Buddha would appear in Âu Lạc. They knew! They searched everywhere. Our fellow initiates happened to know one of these seekers. After reading my book, he stopped seeking!”
In the book “Excerpts from His Holiness Phạm’s Teachings,” the Dharma Guard Phạm Công Tắc, one of the first 12 great disciples of the Cao Đài religion, also wrote prophecies. Kim Linh, a respectful Cao Đài devotee, helps to elaborate some of them as follows: “In another book, His Holiness Phạm spoke in front of the Cao Đài Temple that in the future, THERE WILL BE A LADY WEARING HIGH HEELS coming to lead the Way. In the book ‘Truth by God,’ it said that there will be a Lady coming down to save the world:
‘It’s now the Dharma-ending Age, the last age, I (God) will descend on Earth. I WILL CHOOSE A WOMAN’S FORM as the tool to guide human beings in this world... so that they wake up from a deep slumber and determine to go back to the Eternal Home, their original abode, where they left.’”
“(You mentioned the ‘Ocean of Love’ by Kabir, ‘The Anurag Sagar.’ It's about the highest God, they call It Sat Purush.) Oh, yes, Sat Purush. ([who] comes to different incarnations in each Yuga.) Yes, yes! (The last Kali Yuga is where He makes a deal with Kal [lord of illusion] to take a lot of souls back Home.) Yes, yes. Yes, this is the Kali Yuga, it is the Dark Age. Needs a strong guy to come down, take everybody up. Is that why so many souls can be liberated? Yes, yes, that is right. It's the last of this cycle. So whoever is left behind, hurry, hurry, bring everybody up. That's why it is very generous, but takes a lot of power, you see. Because this time is like wholesale, because we have a lot, a lot of room, a lot of grace, so everyone can be covered, no problem. You are lucky guys, yeah! You are lucky! God is generous but has never been so generous. You know, in the old times, the most would be a handful. Thousands of people, can never be so many, and can never be so openly gathered together, despite everything. It's really lucky. You guys are lucky.”
The Cao Đài prophecies about a powerful female enlightened Savior are truly astonishing when examined in detail. “There is another book called ‘Behold Heaven,’ written by His Holiness Dharma Guard Phạm, that described the Master in this era.”
“People try to LOOK FOR AN OLD MAN YET GLADLY, THEY GLANCE AND HEAR A LADY’S VOICE...”
“Good evening, brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers. How are you? (Fine.)”
“Remember Hirm all the time. Nothing can happen to you if you remember God. Okay?”
“Everybody feel good now? (Yes. Thank You.) Feel better? (Yes.) Meditate better?”
“Yeah! I love you! (I love You!) I love you very much!”
“Most people in this world think that a Master would be a man, tall and grand, or a gray-bearded old man; THEY DON’T ENVISION A MASTER AS A LADY.”

“This sacred spirit is indeed very sacred, A LADY BUT HER MIRACULOUS POWER IS EXTREMELY POWERFUL.”
“I had an inner experience in which I could feel Master’s blessing power. Although Thailand was still in this world, Master’s blessing had already raised it up one level. Based on my experience, Thailand was elevated one level higher spiritually. (The souls of those people.) And that blessing power was very powerful, indescribable. It lifted the entire country out of this planet Earth.”
“One day during meditation, I saw You push our Earth, the whole planet Earth. At that time I wasn't aware of the news. But You alone had pushed this planet Earth away, so it would not collide with some kind of object. The next morning, my son told me, ‘Mom, the television just broadcast that the Earth has just escaped a catastrophe. It should have collided with a piece of a star.’ At that time I said, ‘People won't be able to figure out the reason planet Earth was saved like that.’ They wouldn't know it was You. You did everything.”
“The devils see Her, they are terrified, The ghosts see Her, they are mesmerized...”
“I have an American disciple in the United States. She used to be an exorcist. She said there were many demons. She observed very clearly. They came to repent and practiced by prostrating to me, behind my back. Some intimidated her. She was scared. She said she wanted to sleep upstairs (nearer to Master’s quarters). After going upstairs, she never saw the ghosts again. She said there was none next to me. She only saw Buddhas and Saints, the radiant ones.”
“Wherever She places Her feet, black turns white. She glances at someone, and even a woman would fall in love with Her as if She's a man.”
“‘Wherever She places Her feet, black turns white,’ implies that when we haven’t yet met a Master, we’re very much in the dark. Black turns white means that Master purifies that place, cleanses the dark negative energy.”
“From Vietnam (Âu Lạc), thousands of heads and arms come flying...”
“These verses said that this female Master comes from Vietnam (Âu Lạc). ‘...thousands of heads and arms’ means a lot, a lot. This Master will fly all over the universe, not just on this Earth, to teach and save sentient beings.”
“(Master, when You are here physically, is it also possible for You to come down physically in a different physical universe at the same time?) Yes. (Wow!) Yes, we can! (Wow! Incredible.) (Master, may we know how many physical planets You are currently at right now?) Oh, man! A lot, a lot, okay? A lot, a lot. (Wow!)”
“Now I am even more than everywhere than before, because my level is very, very high now. So I can string the whole universe, not just five, six, ten levels.”
“In the West, She raises a flag.”
“‘Western land’ implies the Western countries. She goes to the West, raises a flag. But what flag is it? The flag of God. In the middle of this flag is a symbol representing God. Therefore, this flag is a universal flag, an international flag.”

Fulfilling the prophecy, Supreme Master Ching Hai has traveled to the Western countries to spread the True Teaching of universal peace and love. The flag could be metaphorical; however, Supreme Master Ching Hai did design a flag that symbolizes love and unity among all humans, animals, and nature, in Heaven’s Love. Master designed the flag for people to remember that all races live on the same planet, with animals in nature and aquatic lives in the rivers/oceans, and all live together under the same sky.
