I’m happy to share a tip from our beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai today:
“Hi loving kids, winter and rainy days can cause some discomfort. Make sure that you are well dressed for the weather. If sometimes you wake up with pain in your arm muscles, it could also be due to the cold wind from the air conditioner, or you might have slept on them. Just close your palms and give the troubled areas some gentle pats or/and scratch them with your fingers. In some cases, you may need to attach a heat patch to the affected areas, or lie down with an electric heated pillow on that part. Painkillers should be the last option, as most medicines do carry unwanted side effects, especially for your tender body. Take good care of yourself, for you are the future of the world and we need you. God Loves you kids.”
